The Princess Royal is to visit the Isle of Wight next month during the world-renowned Cowes Week regatta.
On Monday 31st July Her Royal Highness Princess Anne will visit the Island’s branch of Riding for the Disabled Association, of which she is President, at Osborne House in East Cowes.
Later in the day a visit to the offices of Cowes Week Limited at Regatta House, Bath Road will take place.
As a Honorary Member, Her Royal Highness will attend a dinner at the Royal Yacht Squadron. She will also be attending a reception at the Royal London Yacht Club.
The following day (Tuesday 1st August) the Royal Engagement will continue with a visit to UKSA, where Princess Anne – who is Patron of the charity – will enjoy watching the sailing taking place in and around Cowes.
The work of Trinity House will also be inspected on board THV Galatea, which is likely to be moored off Cowes.
