The team behind The Price Is Wight – a successful daily deals website for discovering and sharing great things to do across the Isle of Wight – are set to launch an exciting new travel agency, Tao Travel.
Founded in 2011, The Price Is Wight offers unbeatable deals on the best things to do, see, visit, eat and buy on the Island. Having started with just 435 subscribers, TPIW now boasts a database of over 50,000 Islanders – and is still growing.
The 5-strong team of Karyn Carson, Alan Carson, Kerstine Andrews, Andrea Mitchell and Charlotte Prew have achieved incredible results in the last 6 years, delivering great experiences, goods and getaways on a daily basis to customers.
The Price Is Wight will this month expand further and aims to capture the mainland market – and beyond – with the launch of online travel agency Tao Travel. This will be an independent travel agency that specialises in creating the perfect bespoke itinerary, at the best possible price.
Tao Travel will have access to the widest choice of holidays from the biggest tour operators and airlines to the smaller and more individual operators. From family beach holidays to Caribbean cruises, long haul multi-centre adventures to short city breaks you will find the widest choice of holiday and exclusive travel deals – at home and abroad – for you to choose from.
Director Karyn Carson revealed:
“We can tailor-make itineraries to suit your exact requirements. We’re here to guide and inspire you.
“Our well travelled, fully-trained experts have spent many years living and working in various countries around the world. They guarantee to offer first-class, friendly customer service, great value for money and unbiased knowledgeable advice – we are totally Independent!”
When you book with Tao Travel, you can be sure that your holiday is in safe hands. They are aligned to the Global Travel Group, giving you access to the world’s largest bank of amazing places to visit and stay. Tao is ATOL bonded, meaning you can book your trip with confidence.
Karyn added:
“It is all so exciting and we hope Tao Travel will not only help Islanders to say hello to the world, but also bring the world to our Island.”
