Celebrations were held at Ryde Pier on Saturday as Wightlink hosted their annual Party on the Pier event.
Marking the 200th anniversary of the historic pier, ferry operator Wightlink organised a party for all with live music, stalls, classic cars and more in the glorious sunshine experienced across the garden isle over the weekend.
Medina Marching Band entertained the crowds as they marched the entire length of the pier, befor
e congregating at the heart of the event as crowds gathered around. Meanwhile, students from Platform One Music College performed on stage throughout the day, much to the enjoyment of residents and tourists alike.
