A 36-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of burglary following a break-in at a pharmacy in the village of Niton during the early hours of this morning (Thursday).
The duo, who are both from Brighstone, are being questioned by Police in relation to an incident which occurred between 02:00 and 03:00.
It’s thought a car was sighted in the vicinity of the pharmacy on Niton’s High Street and then later stopped by Police elsewhere.
It’s unknown what, if anything, was taken from the pharmacy.
