Island Roads’ mobile visitor centre will be at Shanklin Esplanade tomorrow (Wednesday) ahead of the forthcoming resurfacing scheme.
Shanklin Esplanade and Hope Hill are set to be upgraded by Island Roads after the Easter Holidays. The work will be undertaken over 9 weekdays from 23rd April, ahead of the main Summer period.
The resurfacing will be carried out in 4 phases to keep as many of the Esplanade’s 3 car parks open for as long as possible during the project, as previously reported by Island Echo.
To give businesses and residents a further opportunity to discuss the scheme, representatives from Island Roads will be parked up on the seafront between 11:30 and 13:00 tomorrow.
Anyone who has questions about the works are encouraged to pop along.
