Isle of Wight Pearl are supporting Kissy Puppy – The Sophie Rolf Trust by producing an exclusive limited edition Tassel bracelet in Sophie’s favourite colours.
The Brighstone-based business has been trading on the Island for nearly 30 years, always taking pride in their local heritage and support of local community projects.
One of their most popular products for sale is a Tassel bracelet which features a large freshwater pearl on braded silk.
To continue their community support, Isle of Wight Pearl have produced a limited edition Tassel bracelet in pink and purple, which will be available to purchase in both Sophie’s Shop in Lugley Street, Newport and at Isle of Wight Pearl itself.
The bracelet – which is being launched at Sophie’s Shop at 11:00 on Saturday (6th May) – is priced at £28 with £5 from each sale being donated to KissyPuppy.
During May 2012 Sophie’s parents noticed a tremor in her left arm and after numerous hospital visits and finally an MRI scan in June, the family received the terrible news that Sophie had an aggressive brain tumour. Sadly, Sophie lost her battle at the end of 2013 but KissyPuppy – The Sophie Rolf Trust continues to help the Earl Mountbatten Hospice, local NHS and other interested parties in the continued development of services for children and their families with life shortening illnesses on the Isle of Wight.
