Isle of Wight based HTP Apprenticeship College has once again achieved People 1st Gold Accreditation for the outstanding quality of apprenticeship training support it provides to the hospitality industry and wider visitor economy across the country.
As part of the assessment process inspectors spoke to local and national employers, apprentices past and present and the highly experienced sector delivery team at HTP. Employer testimonies were obtained from a wide range of organisations which demonstrated the exceptional levels of support the organisation provides for individuals and employers.
HTP Apprenticeship success rates remain significantly higher than those achieved by other training providers and during the assessment Apprentices from all areas of the industry explained how an Apprenticeship with HTP had helped them start and progress their career.
