Thousands of spectators gathered on Ventnor seafront for the traditional Boxing Day Swim yesterday (Thursday), raising money for an Island cancer charity, PATCH.
There were around 200 people who took part in the annual swim, which takes place in the sea off of Ventnor Esplanade every Boxing Day and has been a tradition for over 30 years.
The weather could not have been better with the sun shining brightly upon those who had gathered and temperatures went into double figures.
