A crowdfunding appeal has been launched to help towards the funeral costs of Cowes man Peter Kilshaw, who was tragically killed in a road traffic collision near Porchfield last week.
Mr Kilshaw, of Terminus Road, Cowes was travelling towards Shalfleet on his motorcycle when he was involved in a collision with a car. Sadly, despite the best efforts of all involved, Mr Kilshaw’s life could not be saved.
Pete’s friends have launched a crowdfunding appeal via JustGiving in memory of the much-loved man, and to help the family if required. So far over £550 has been raised of the £5,000 target.
30-year-old Pete was a sea cadet instructor and therefore any monies left over from the appeal will be donated to Cowes Sea Cadets.
