A series of free cinema screenings are being held at Puckpool Park near Ryde to kick start the Summer holidays; plus a number of other films are being shown throughout August.
Pictures in the Park is returning on Friday 28th July with the James Bond 007 classic ‘The Spy Who Loved Me’. The event is completely free and there is no need to book, simply turn up from 20:00 to enjoy the 21:00 film start.
The same can be said on Saturday 29th July when ‘Singing in the Rain‘ will be screened, followed by ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone‘ on Sunday 30th July and ‘Dirty Dancing’ on Sunday 6th August.
In addition to the free screenings, tickets are being sold for ‘Ghostbusters’ on Saturday 12th August; ‘Jaws‘ on Sunday 13th August; ‘Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels‘ on Friday 18th August and finally ‘The Secret Life of Pets’ on Saturday 19th August.
Pictures in the Park is an outdoor cinema experience hosted by The Old Barracks Resaturant and Tea Gardens at Puckpool Park. Refreshments, snacks and hot food will be available during each screening.
