16-year-old Christ The King College student Charlie Adkins has completed his 1st medium test in an online competition with Dressage Addicts, a British Dressage affiliated dressage platform.
Charlie was riding Natalie Broughams’ Chamfron Bellini and gained 64.6%, which is a great start at this level. He is also campaigning for Bellini to qualify for the British Dressage Area competitions.
The teenager will be taking part at the next British Dressage competition being held later in November. Charlie is also planning to attend the elite U21 dressage training at The Unicorn Trust in December.
Charlie would be unable to compete without the support of Wightlink and the Isle of Wight talented athlete scheme.
