Bembridge’s annual street fair, which returns this Bank Holiday Monday, is set to be bigger and better than ever before.
Nearly 100 stalls will line the High Street between 12:00-16:00 as Bembridge comes alive with a buzz of activity, live music, Irish dancers and plenty of fun and games.
Jay Chapman, landlord of The Old Village Inn, has been working with Hose Rhodes Dixon and the Bembridge Parish Council to put on yet another day full of fun for all the family.
‘Band On The Run’ will be performing on the day and musicians are being welcomed to perform at the ‘Busk Stop Stage’.
There is a free park and ride service operating from Steyne Park thanks to the Bembridge Parish Council Friendship Circle Bus, Street Fair Minibus and Kingswood Bembridge. This free service will operate throughout the day to ensure free flowing traffic through the village.
One of the biggest street fairs on the island it’s certainly not one to be missed…
