YOUNG ATHLETES REPRESENT THE ISLE OF WIGHT AT SOUTH EAST SCHOOLS’ CHAMPIONSHIPS

L-R: Robyn Fossa, Naomi Holdsworth and Mabel Lewis

3 athletes from Christ the King College competed for Hampshire Schools in the South East Schools’ Athletic Association Track & Field Championships in Kent on Saturday (15th June).

A total of 5 counties were represented in these championships: Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Middlesex. Athletes qualify by finishing in the top 2 in their preceding county event.

Despite the blustery conditions and having to travel such a long distance to compete, the College athletes all excelled in their events.
