Woods Kitchen in Godshill will be closing its doors for good in less than 8 weeks’ time, it has been announced.
After nearly 4 years, Teri Wood and her family have decided to call time on their venture in the quaint village. It won’t be the end of the road though as the Woods are moving onto a new opportunity at Branstone.
The restaurant at the heart of Godshill will be closing on Friday 6th May but it won’t be a quiet goodbye… an evening of celebration and entertainment will be held with a theme of Mamma Mia. More information can be found here.
It’s understood that Teri is heading over to the new development at Branstone, where she will open a restaurant within the Goddard’s Brewery building at some point in June.
Woods Kitchen officially opened in August 2018 when the Shanklin-based family took over the running of The Essex
