Wight Tri (6)

Image2Wight Tri has held the 3rd of their summer series Splash and Dash Events: the Gurnard Aquathlon.

This was a choice of either a 250 or a 600m swim, followed by 1 or 2 laps of a 2.5km run from Gurnard Sailing Club, turning at Egypt Point.

The weather conditions were not in the swimmers’ favour as they were met by a rough sea at Gurnard Sailing Club, but the hardy swimmers pushed through this to complete the swim.
