Veteran Jerry Cooper travelled to Newbury on Sunday to compete in the VTTA National 15 Mile Championships (Road Bike). Jerry – who has recently competed in the National 10 mile Circuit championships at Goodwood – powered home to finish in a time of 39.17. After the race, Jerry said:
“It feels great to be back racing after an enforced break for the past couple of years due to illness. “I’m a bit late starting this year, but hoping to get at least one more time trial in before the end of the season.”
