Vectis FC have reached their 2nd final in 3 weeks, winning silver at the Elite Youth Cup at Cowes Enterprise College.
Sadly, the Island side was beaten 2-1 by Totton & Eling, losing to 2 wonder strikes.
3 weeks ago, Vectis won gold at the Paul Westby Tournament at Lanesend in Cowes.
The Vectis side have played 17 games in recent tournaments, losing 2 and only conceding in 3.
Coach Luke Kerr said:
“The team gave eveything and once again only conceded in the final game keeping clean sheets in all their group games taking the silver medals to add to their recent gold.”
Another Isle of Wight side – Shanklin – won bronze.
