All are being welcomed to a 1940s celebration event at Brading Train Station later this month.
On Sunday 24th September, between 10:00 – 16:30, visitors can expect demonstrations of war time including air raid precautions and the Home Guard, plus vintage vehicles; music; children’s games; vintage stalls; 40’s food and a raffle.
A super hero fancy dress competition will also be taking place for 4 to 11-year-olds.
Brading Train Station is located on Island Line between Ryde and Sandown. By foot/car, head for Station Road, Brading off New Road.
