The South Coast’s biggest, multi-award-winning scare attraction is back this October and it’s better than ever.
On selected dates this scare season, Terror Island returns to Blackgang Chine with some brand new and terrifying additions.
Fresh from winning the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce ‘Made on the Isle of Wight’ award in 2022, this year’s event will feature 3 new scare mazes as well as a brand new scare experience.
Of the 3, Amphibious Darklight and Hexcavation: Demon Keeper have both given a fresh revamp ahead of the scare season, whilst Blood Shed – a very popular storyline – will return to complete the trio.
The main addition to this year’s iteration will be Blind Alley – a scary experience that will see the doors of the Victorian Apothecary open to unleash the sinister that lies within. This new attraction will be the Island’s 1st hooded maze experience.
Parks director, Dominic Wray, said:
“We host the most epic scare event on the South Coast and this utterly unique experience is set to test the nerves of every victim that sets through our doors this October”
Dates for the event are the 21st, 22nd, 28th, 29th and 30th of October, with the gates open 18:00-23:00 and scare attractions open from 18:30.
Tickets are now live and can be purchased at https://terrorisland.co.uk/.

Why not save a few quid and move it to county hall, no special make up needed.
Terror Island has already been created by our council.
Filling the Island with ever more homes, with few going to indigenous Island families we have now imported the mainland and the worlds overspill.
Crime, drugs, manic driving se xul assaults and all manner of anti-social behaviour have increased massively since the unorganic swell in the Islands population.
When it was just the elderly retiring here the main issue was lack of health care provisions. Now we have that and all the above with unsuitable families filling benefit hutches to ensure the next generation is even worse.
So terror Island already exists.
