The concert Symphonix Queen is to premiere at Shanklin Theatre on Wednesday 4th October.
This groundbreaking show will feature a 30-piece live orchestra, a live rock band (Platinum Queen), the sensational punk soprano Friederike Skeet and the incredible Dave Jerome as Freddie Mercury.
Symphonix Queen is the brainchild of visionary musician/promoter Simon Ledger, who has always dreamed of bringing together a massive concert with an orchestra. Following the resounding success of their previous show Symphonix Soundtracks – held in June at Medina Theatre Newport – Simon embarked on planning this unique event, the first of its kind in the UK.
