Tickets are now on sale for the Ventnor Rotary Club and St Catherine’s Summertime Blues & Jazz Picnic this Bank Holiday weekend at East Dene, Bonchurch.
Aydenne Simone will be returning to play at the Picnic on Sunday 28th August and this year she will play alongside Island favourites The Unity Stompers. London-based Aydenne has been performing for over 25 years, wowing crowds with her deep, powerful voice. The Unity Stompers have been performing since 1960s and have backed many of the top names in British jazz including Humphrey Lyttleton and Digby Fairweather.
A covered seating area will be provided to ensure it is an all weather event.
Doors open at noon with music from 13:00-16:00.
Adult tickets cost £10 (£12 at the gate), tickets for 12-16-year-olds are just £5 and under 12s are free (but need a ticket). Tickets are on sale at St Catherine’s Charity Shop in Newport and Seasons in Ventnor.
