Islanders are being urged to make the most of the extended Easter weekend and stock up with what your garden needs for a blooming marvelous summer.
The Spring Plant Fayre at Ventnor Botanic Garden celebrates all things green and is the perfect place to find everything you could need for your garden, patio or window box.
A huge range of rare and exotic indoor and outdoor plants are on offer as well as VBG’s own Rare and Exotic Seed Collection. There will also be seed trays, growing kits, compost and a large selection of garden equipment and accessories.
Over the weekend of the Spring Plant Fayre (18th-21st April) there will also be Seed Sowing Demonstrations (beginning at midday), a drop in Plant Clinic, Propagation Walks and Talks (beginning at 14:00) and the VBG @ Home team will be on hand to tackle any and all horticultural queries.
Each customer spending £50.00 or more at the Spring Plant Fayre will receive 2 complimentary Garden Day Passes.
Admission to the Spring Plant Fayre is FREE. Normal Garden admission fees apply. FREE parking for all visitors. Ventnor Botanic Garden is open daily from 10:00.
