Organisers of Smart Island Live, which was due to take place at the end of May, have postponed the event due to the developing situation with coronavirus.
The event was planned to take place at CECAMM in East Cowes on 28th May.
Those behind the annual conference say that they are working with the host venue to arrange a suitable alternative date, with an announcement expected to be made in due course.
Smart island Live founder, Vince Wedlock-Ward comments:
“We know this is disappointing news, but our first responsibility is to deliver a safe and enjoyable event. This is best achieved by rescheduling for later in the year. We are grateful that our excellent guest speakers are all planning to join us for our new date. We are also looking to use the time now to add in some extra items to the event programme.”
