The Needles Landmark Attraction welcomes back a very special guest this weekend as Santa Claus flies into the Isle of Wight for Christmas.
Santa will be in residence at his Grotto every weekend until Christmas, along with two more special appearances in Christmas Week just before he flies off back to his base at the North Pole.
To coincide with Santa’s visit, The Needles is offering a ‘feast of festive freebies’ with parking, children’s rides, tractor and trailer rides, Jurassic golf, elves workshop, sweet-making and glass-making demonstrations all completely free of charge.
Marino Zanti, general manager, at The Needles Landmark Attraction said:
“The Needles is a special place to visit all year round, but there’s something truly magical about it at Christmas time.
“We’re so pleased to be able to offer our Christmas visitors free parking and free rides for the kids. Plus dinosaur fans can experience the epic movie ‘The Lost World’ at The Needles’ very-own 4D Cinema, with tickets costing just £2 per person.
“It’s amazing that Santa could spare the time to be with us again this year in his Grotto and we hope people from across the island join us for a truly wonderful Wight Christmas.”
The Christmas Grotto is open on the 5th & 6th, 12th & 13th, then the 19th to the 22nd December from 10:30 with the last admission at 16:00. Entrance includes a free gift and costs £5 per child.
