Sandown Post Office opened at its new location last Friday (12th April) at Central on Avenue Road, Sandown.
The previous premises at Albert Road, Sandown closed on Sunday 31st March due to the expiry of the lease.
There are 4 Post Office counters at the new location and the full range of Post Office products and services are still available.
Central at Avenue Road offers a dedicated area of the store with 1 screened and 2 open-plan positions. This area is open Monday to Saturday between 09:00-17:30.
There is also be a low-screened, modern Post Office till at the retail counter offering same Post Office products and services throughout the store’s opening hours Monday to Sunday 07:00-22:00, so customers can access their Post Office when it’s convenient.
There are 4 Post Office counters at the new location -3 of which will be unmanned with a queue out the door
Again no thought for parking,while you await service,bet the traffic warden as a field day for the council at £50 a ticket.,well done.
