A free fun-filled family weekend, organised by Ryde Rotary and supported by Ryde Town Council, gets underway at Eastern Gardens in Ryde tomorrow (Friday).
The event is set to take place this coming Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Each day there will be a great selection of arena acts including Stevo the Magician; Bloodstone Border Morris Dancers; Haven Falconry; Island Dance School; Ryde Ukulele Group; Oyster Girls Morris Dancers; Wight Notes Singers (formerly Vox Pop); Zumba Dancers; Vote Pedro Mexican Group; Tacktisle Segway Demonstration and a Dog Show.
There will be a real ale tent with beers supplied by Island Ales; a BBQ tent with meat supplied by Medina Meats and a tea tent with delicious homemade cakes and other stock supplied by Tesco.
Families can also expect a dice game to win a smart TV; a tombola; children’s games and face painting; donkeys from the Donkey Sanctuary; arts and craft stalls; classic cars and charity stalls.
All are welcome from 12:30 onwards.
