The popular Gardening Galore event is returning to Rookley this coming weekend.
From 10:00-15:00 on Sunday (30th April), at the Village Hall and Sports Field on Highwood Lane, a variety of local growers, nurseries, garden centres and suppliers will be available to chat with and browse.
Entry to the event is free as is parking, whilst refreshments will also be on offer when you’re in need of a break from perusing the wares.
A collection will take place in aid of the local charity Ability Dogs 4 Young People who train assistance dogs to enhance the independence of disabled young people on the Island.
UPDATE WEDNESDAY – Due to waterlogged ground and forecast rain, the event has been postponed until 14th May 2023.
