The playwright, Isitt, insists that the play should be served up at a fast and furious pace, without props of any kind, which makes great demand on the technical abilities of the actors. This is the main reason for the director, Helen Reading, choosing to cast younger actors.

“In my experience, the training that younger theatre students have in more modern theatre techniques, their energy and their understanding of contemporary comedy skills, makes for a more exciting experience for audiences. All 3 actors were pupils at Medina High School, and had Drama training at RedTIE theatre from the age of 12. I am so proud that they have continued to perform as young adults”.
