Police say they are now investigating an alleged assault outside Chicken and Pizza Land in Sandown High Street at the end of last month, despite previously saying no further action would be taken.
Hampshire Constabulary are appealing for witnesses to come forward following an incident at around 00:30 on Sunday 30th October. An altercation between 2 men and 3 youths occurred, which resulted in a number of assaults.
Officers believe there were a large number of people in the popular takeaway at the time of the incident who may hold information that could help with the investigation.
