One of the Island’s best kept secrets and lots of fun for all the family is the Party on the Prom held on the Esplanade in Seaview each year.
Organised by the Nettlestone & Seaview Community Partnership, the Party has become a must for locals and visitors in and around Seaview.
A Grand Raffle offers the opportunity of winning some fab prizes including a hamper kindly donated by Vic’s Londis Store Nettlestone and a bottle of Mermaid Gin from the Wishing Well Distillery.
Dancing in the street has never been more popular – local hostelries will be serving drinks and food or folk can bring their own picnics.
This year’s Party will take place on Saturday 21st July 2018. Music and dancing from 18:00, kicking off with a Disco for the children. This will be followed by the HarmoniX; the Baggy Wrinkles Blues Band and Exile. The event will come to a close at 23:00.
A definite date for the summer diary… Saturday 21st July at Seaview Promenade.
If it’s raining, the Sea View Yacht Club have kindly agreed to open their doors and the party will be held on the deck.
