Becky Samuelson, Peter Allen and Lyndy Moles are hosting their ‘Paint, Pastel and Print’ exhibition at Quarr Abbey Gallery from Thursday.
Featuring different styles and different disciplines, Becky, Peter and Lyndy are exhibiting together for the first time and interpret a range of ‘-scapes’, from long views to more detailed aspects.
Becky, works primarily in paint, oil acrylic and watercolour. The pastels are created by Peter, who also works in watercolour and for this exhibition, Lyndy is focusing on the medium of print, with drypoint, solarprint and monoprints on show.
All three artists have exhibited widely but now live, work and are inspired by our island; some of the art on show, however, does reflect travels further afield.
The exhibition will run from Thursday 2nd November until Tuesday 14th November 2017, open from 10:30-16:30 daily.
