A Mark Taylor hat trick helped Osborne Coburg beat an under-strength Vectis by a 7-goal margin at Cowes Enterprise College on Saturday (9th November).
Taylor grabbed his hat trick in less than half-an-hour, scoring in the 4th, 13th and 25th minutes.
Harry Green also bagged a 1st half brace, with a goal in the 8th minute and 3 minutes before half time.
The remaining 1st half goal came courtesy of 16-year-old Kian Vickery in the 39th minute.
Osborne Coburg led 0-6 at half time.
In the 2nd half, Burg took their foot off the gas, with their only further goal scored by Jack Davies in the 52nd minute.

W&B have lost their 100% record in the season to date after being held by Shanklin at Sandy Lane. Jamie Trowbridge was on target for Shanklin with Sam Cant scoring for W&B 10 minutes from full time. Unbeaten W&B remain 2nd in the table with 25 points from 9 games, 2 points behind Ventnor but with 2 games in hand over the league leaders.

High Park lost their 100% to Niton, who won courtesy of goals from man-of-the-match Jared Cousins, Tom Brownrigg and Gary Hills. High Park – who had goalkeeper Tyler Cottingham sent off – scored through Billy Haylor. High Park remain top of Division 2 with 21 points from 8 games, 5 points ahead of 2nd-placed ECS, who have 2 games in hand. Next Saturday, High Park face ECS at the GKN Sports Ground.
Pan Community 1-8 East Cowes Sports
ECS beat Pan at Clatterford Road courtesy of braces from Luuke Oatley and Josh Richardson and further goals from Maca Barnes. Tom McDowell, Joel Porter and Andy Ebbs.
Ryde Saints 4-0 Newport Reserves
A Lucas Baker hat trick and a 5th minute Alfie Bradley strike saw Saints overcome Port Reserves at Smallbrook.
Seaview 1-3 Sandown & Lake
Sandown saw off Seaview thanks to a Ryan Walker brace and a further goal from George Johnson. Aaron Corney Punch was Seaview’s scorer.
