Newport Fire Station is holding a family-friendly Open Day on Saturday (19th October).
The South Street station will be open from 12:00 to 16:00.
The event will include have-a-go activities for the children, a fire service demonstration (at 14:00), the opportunity to engage with fire service personnel and meet the fire and rescue service recruitment team, as well as meeting other emergency services.
Fundraising will be taking place for The Firefighters Charity.
