Newchurch Male Voice Choir, together with guest artists, are to present an Earthquake Disaster Concert in Ryde on Sunday 5th March.
The aim of the concert is to raise funds for the provision of all the aid and equipment urgently required to assist those thousands of people affected by the recent earthquake in Turkey to get shelter, food, medical aid and hope for the future.
The concert, to be held at 15:00 at All Saints Church, Ryde, is free, but donations can be given on entry or at the conclusion. A raffle will be held. The doors open at 13:45.
Organiser of the concert, Bob Cooper, has said:
“Our voices are the tools that we can use to help get as many donations from the public as we can”.
