Staff at the Isle of Wight NHS Trust are to swap scrubs for shorts this New Year’s Day when they take to the football pitch to raise funds to support an Island family affected by cancer.

The match is being held to help support Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) Michelle Wright and her partner Steve, who is terminally ill with cancer. Michelle and Steve, who work on the Island for parcel delivery company UPS, have 3 young children.
