Barratt Developments, which includes Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes, has appointed Jon Green as managing director for its Southampton-based division.
The division includes developments in Hampshire, Dorset, the Isle of Wight and West Sussex and Jon has said he is delighted to be leading a division where he has worked for the last 23 years.
Jon joined the housebuilder in 1995 and has been promoted to the new role from his previous job as construction director. It comes following Barratt’s recent trading update which reported strong trading and forward sales at record levels.
Jon has said:

“We celebrate our 60th anniversary this month, and as the UK’s largest housebuilder we continue to focus on growing our housing output, creating jobs and supporting economic growth across the region.”
