MURDER MYSTERY FUN RETURNS TO QUAY ARTS

quayartsFollowing on from the sell-out murder mystery party nights in 2013, Quay Arts has announcede the 2014 cast list for it’s production for 2014 Christmas Party nights; Murder Most Funny.

This year the Quay are working with RedTIE Theatre to have fully homegrown written and directed production bringing together a cast of the best Isle of Wight based performers and actors.

Tickets are selling fast for the six performance nights starting 11th and 12th December and then 17th-20th December 2014.

After drinks on arrival, Dicky Rotter celebrates 25 years of hosting TV game shows, his agent, Sterling Cashman, arranges an evening of entertainment. Up and coming stars of the comedy circuit, Charlotte Buxom and Jeremy Ransom, join Dicky for the event when tragedy strikes! Will the audience keep up with the razor-sharp mind of Inspector Clueless as he endeavours to solve this puzzling case? As well the audience will enjoy a seasonal evening of warmth and good cheer.

This year’s cast includes Libby Cadman, John English, Joe Plumb, Helen Reading, Steve Reading & Lin Steenson.

Helen Reading, the writer behind the play, commented:

“Having played a role in last year’s successful Murder Mystery at Quay Arts I was so excited to take on this project. RedTIE have been lucky enough to be using this fabulous venue for workshops and performances for the last eight years and it seemed fitting to work together to produce an evening of high quality entertainment and a festive feast for those who may not be regular theatregoers. It’s going to be a great run of six evenings”.

Quay Arts presents a bespoke immersive theatrical experience, designed especially for the unique listed building and delivered by an enigmatic and entertaining team of Island actors.
