Mountbatten is set to host Spotlight Isle of Wight’s first-ever roadshow production later this month.
The company behind the shows at Shanklin Theatre will bring sparkle and songs to the John Cheverton Centre on Friday 8th October.
From Elvis to Eva Cassidy and Mary Poppins to Motown the Musical, there will be something for everyone to enjoy at ‘An Evening with Spotlight Isle of Wight’.
James Derbyshire, Spotlight IOW director, said:
“Spotlight are honoured to be invited to perform at the hospice.
“We are extremely proud to have such a wonderful service on our doorstep and we look forward to meeting everyone for a night of live entertainment.
“We can guarantee you will be singing along with the songs, laughing at the routines and maybe even dancing in the aisles.”
Spotlight’s show will be the second Mountbatten concert since its monthly series returned in September.
For the first time at Mountbatten, tickets, costing £10 per person, need to be bought in advance, via https://www.mountbatten.org.uk/Event/an-evening-with-spotlight-iow.
Anyone who is unable to book online can call Mountbatten on 529511 for assistance. Mountbatten has implemented a number of Covid measures at Mountbatten, including spaced seating, meaning numbers are restricted.
The show starts at 19:30 and wine and canapes will be served during the interval.
