The Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service have successfully rescued a man and a woman from mud on marshland at Brading this morning (Tuesday).
Crews from Ryde and Sandown, plus the Incident Support Unit from Newport were mobilised to the marshes between Brading and St Helens at 10:50.
The duo have been successfully pulled from the mud, which is said to have been waist high.
Thankfully, both the man and woman have escaped any injury and have been given the all clear by paramedics.
