A man who is accused of setting fire to a hotel in Newport will stand trial at the Isle of Wight Crown Court in October.
54-year-old David Rumalshah, of no fixed abode, is accused of arson following a fire at Travelodge on Lugley Street, Newport back in January.
Mr Rumalshah is yet to enter a plea.
A trial will start at the Isle of Wight Crown Court on 26th October and until that time Mr Rumalshah will remain in custody.

Lee, to my mind, someone who does this is either evil, or mental.
Either way, they need locking away forever as neither is likely curable.
this guy set fire to a hotel and risked others lives – he does not deserve sympathy.
illness is no excuse for risking others lives
society does not owe anyone a living.
