After a hugely successful 21st anniversary, Lambretta Day is again running a 2-day event with a scooter ride-out and entertainment on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th May 2023.
Saturday’s ride-out will be organized by IOW Scooter Alliance leaving at 13:00 with the venue yet to be decided and the usual ride-out leaving from Newclose Cricket Ground, Newport on the Sunday also at 13:00. Scooters will be meeting at 12:00 and riding to Ryde Pavilion Bar for free live music , DJ’s, Beer Tent & BBQ.
There will also be trophies presented for the Best Overall Lambretta Scooter, Best Turned Out Scooter Club, Best Vintage Scooter and Farthest Travelled Rider.
The entertainment will then continue into the evening at Ryde Pavilion on the seafront with everyone welcome at a bargain £10 entry with a weekend ticket. Acts so far announced include The Molotovs, The Hownets and The Mexican Mods plus many more.
