BBC Radio 4’s The Kitchen Cabinet, hosted by Jay Rayner, is a witty, fast-moving, and irreverent, programme that’s packed full of information for the home-cook, with the latest programme set to be recorded right here on the Isle of Wight.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to put questions forward on anything and everything to do with food and drink to a panel of experts, and enjoy plenty of good-humoured conversation about cooking and eating when the programme is recorded at Northwood House on Tuesday (15th July).
Hosted by Jay Rayner, the show will also feature:
• Peter Barham – the food scientist who is a consultant for Heston Blumenthal and Noma in Copenhagen
• Rachel McCormack – the Glaswegian cook who is also an expert on Catalan cooking
• Henry Dimbleby – cook, writer, and co-founder of the Leon restaurants
• Tim Hayward – acclaimed food critic, writer, and broadcaster
