West Wight have won their 4th successive game by beating Binstead in the Gold Cup at the Molehill on Saturday (28th September).
Defensive errors from West Wight led to Binstead finishing the first half with a 2-goal advantage thanks to goals from Scott Saunders and Darren Powell.
However, a 2nd half hat trick from Josh Daley – who scored in the 57th, 86th and 88th minutes – ensured victory for the away side.
The equalising goal for West Wight came courtesy of a 68th minute strike from James Turner.

It was double delight for West Wight at the Molehill with their reserves overcoming Binstead Reserves in the Junior A cup, courtesy of a brace from Jordan Flynn and further strikes from Jude Millar, George Saunders and Connal Groom.

Cowes Sports Reserves 0-2 Whitecroft & Barton Sports
Unbeaten Whitecroft & Barton Sports remain in 2nd spot in Harwoods Division 1 after beating Cowes Sports Reserves at Westwood Park. The W&B goals came courtesy of Sam Cant in the 24th minute and Kade Woodford 6 minutes from full time.
Meanwhile, Barney Snaith netted 5 times, Josh Gwilliam scored a hat trick, Luke Lambert, Luke Bennett and Robert Taylor all bagged braces, and Kiron Lewis got just 1 goal as W&B Reserves put 15 goals past Ventnor Reserves at Watcombe Bottom without reply.
Vectis 0-2 Ventnor
Ventnor remain top of Division 1 on goal difference after overcoming bottom club Vectis at Cowes Enterprise College thanks to a 1st half goal from captain Neo Lamb and a 2nd half strike from Charlie Urry.
Shanklin 4-1 Osborne Coburg
Shanklin are 3rd in Division 1 after beating Osborne Coburg at the County Ground courtesy of a brace from Pete Wilson and further goals from Josh Field and Sam Sears.
Shanklin Reserves were less successful, losing 2-3 on penalties to High Park in the Junior A cup after a goalless draw in full time.
Bembridge 3-3 Brading Town
Jared Wetherick bagged a brace for Bembridge with Brandon Tuckey also on the scoresheet for the home side as the Romans were held to a high scoring draw at Steyne Park. The Brading scorers were Dan Vale (x2) and Aaron Bennett.

High Park 3-1 Niton Community
High Park are 5 points clear of East Cowes Sports at the top of Division 2 and have maintained their 100% record in league games after seeing off Niton at Seaclose. The High Park scorers were Reece Galloway, Alex Harvey and Brad Foster.

Sandown & Lake 1-3 Oakfield
Oakfield overcame Sandown & Lake at the Fairway Sports complex thanks to goals from Nathan Roberts, Jos Townsend and Harry Youngson.
Ryde Saints 0-2 Newchurch
James Morris and Aaron Doncaster were on target for Newchurch as the Saints advanced to the next round of the Junior A cup by overcoming Ryde Saints at Ryde School.
Seaview 2-1 Pan Community
Seaview have bounced back from being beaten 0-2 last Saturday by seeing off Pan by the best of 3 goals. The Seaview scorers were Brandon Smith and Aaron Corney Punch. Tony Howard got Pan’s consolation goal.
