Lake’s popular indoor trampoline park, Islejump, has gone on the market for just under £500,000.
The indoor attraction situated at Spithead Business Centre in Lake opened at the end of 2015 and remains the only business of its kind on the Island. However, ill health has forced its owners to put the entire business up for sale.
With 10 part-time employees and a turnover of around £390,000 a year, the business seems to be in a good situation and is being marketed as fantastic opportunity not to be missed.
The sale includes all aspects of the attraction from the website to the car parking space, with a total of 5 years remaining on a £85,500 per annum lease.
Islejump continues to trade whilst a buyer is sought.
