Festival organisers are inviting Islanders to join them at The Cow Co. restaurant in the West Wight this Friday (5th May) to revel in fantastic live music and to launch a summer long exhibition of photos and memorabilia from the legendary Isle of Wight Festivals, curated by Dimbola Lodge.
Starting at 19:00 The Cow Co will be setting up a festival-style takeout window from their kitchen, supplying delicious burgers and more throughout the evening as revellers take time to wander around the exhibition. To keep visitors entertained and to get music fans into the festival mood there will be live music from Bang Bang Romeo, Xockha, Polly and the Worm and Doug Alldred throughout the night.
The iconic 1970s Isle of Wight Festival took place just 800 metres from The Cow Co at East Afton, which is also part of Tapnell Farm.
