Full time: AFC Wootton 4-3 Osborne Coburg
After the game, winning Wootton manager Dan Partridge told Island Echo:
“After the previous game against Coburg, we knew it would be tough, and we’d have to stick together.
“The lads worked extremely hard for each other kept good discipline and a good shape throughout the 90, and as a club we are delighted with the 3 well earned and overall deserved points.”
For Osborne Coburg, John Sivier said:
“We started slowly today, and Wootton wanted it more than us. Losing both centre backs didn’t help us.
“We managed to re group in the 2nd half and managed to pull a couple of goals back, but credit to Wootton today, as they wanted it more than us.”
