Whitecroft & Barton Sports have confirmed their position at the top of Harwoods Renault Division 1 by beating 2nd-place Cowes Sports Reserves 4-0 at Sandy Lane.
The W&B scorers were Matt Evans (X2), Aidan Sainsbury and Harry Ovnik. Whitecroft & Barton have won all their 5 games in the season to date and top the table, 3 points ahead of West Wight.

Binstead saw off NSJ at the Molehill thanks to goals from Darren Powell and Ryan Marchbank. Leigh McKenzie was on target for the visitors.
Brading Town 2-2 Bembridge
The Romans were held to a draw by Bembridge at the Peter Henry ground. Finn Smith and Aaron Bennett scored for the home side, Josh Field and Rory Day for the visitors.
Shanklin 2-2 High Park
Last year’s champions Shanklin were unable to defeat Division 1 newcomers High Park, who picked up their 1st point at the County Ground. Fin Lloyd and the evergreen Iain Seabrook were on target for the Seasiders, Jimmy Ashby and Jed Barnes for High Park.
Ventnor 3-1 Vectis
Goals from Emmerson Tattersall, Jack Groundsell and Freddie Knowles saw 1st division newcomers Ventnor pick up their 2nd win of the season at Watcombe Bottom. Vectis – who had taken an early lead – scored through Jamie Barratt.
West Wight 3-2 ECS
Ash Brett, Joh Daley and Robbie Shepherd were on target for 2nd-placed West Wight, who saw off East Cowes Sports at Camp Road.

Newchurch 1-0 Ryde Saints
Newchurch scraped past Ryde Saints at Watery Lane thanks to a final minute goal from James Morris.
Osborne Coburg 6-1 Seaview
Mark Taylor scored a hat trick for leaders Osborne Coburg as they saw off Seaview at Victoria Rec. Harry Green, Nick Payne and Corrie Stafford were also on target for the home side. Seaview’s consolation came courtesy of Keenan Phillips.
Osborne Coburg have now scored 30 goals in their 4 games in the season to date at an average of 7.5 goals per game.
AFC Wootton 5-1 Niton
An Aaron Burford hat trick helped Wootton beat Niton with the remaining 2 goals coming courtesy of Macauley Barnes and Harris Payne, Billy Haylor scored Niton’s consolation.
