ISLAND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR TAKES DELIVERY OF NEW VANS FROM PREMIER FORD

Isle of Wight electrical contractors Right Wire Ltd have expanded their ever-increasing fleet of vehicles to 10, whilst keeping their custom local by sourcing the new vans through Premier Ford.

The new vehicles on the fleet, Ford Transit and Ford Transit Connect, reflect Right Wire’s business strategy of being environmentally conscious. Both vehicles are powered by a new generation of advanced diesel engines. Compared to the previous Euro 5 engines, the new EcoBlue Euro 6 units are more powerful, cleaners, refined and extremely efficient with low running costs.

Both models are also well equipped with the very latest standard safety equipment, ensuring both the well-being of the Right Wire staff and the general public. The vans are fitted with Load Adaptative Control which helps monitor and control the Electronic Stability Control whether the van is fully loaded or unladen. The large Transit van has been ordered with the a “Premium Visibility Pack” consisting of a rear-view camera to aid reversing and a Lane Keeping Aid with Driver Alert which monitors the driver’s awareness and then sends an audible warning as well as a prompt to pull over at the earliest convenience to take a break.
