Isle of Wight artist Maria Ward will be exhibiting alongside ceramicist Lis Toft, Pat & Jim Clarke and Tim England at Quarr Abbey from 4th-9th November.

Between 10:30 and 16:30, there will be an array of Christmas-themed arts and crafts for special gifts as well as work celebrating the Isle of Wight landscape and its people.

With an exciting mix of ceramics, prints, paintings, and photography there is something for everyone.

Maria Ward and Lis Toft will be demonstrating in the exhibition room and available to chat about the processes involved as well as answering questions.

Maria sketches on location to compose her paintings as well as capture the feel of a place. She sketches the people, birds and animals who happen to pass with a bit of humor, lots of details and bright colours.

In addition to painting Maria designs homeware, jigsaws, and Isle of Wight merchandise. The latest products being Isle of Wight playing cards and a colouring-in book. See more at
