As well as celebrating 30 years in business in 2020, Hose Rhodes Dickson has opened their 7th Island branch in East Cowes.
Marcus Waldron is heading up the office, assisted by Jennie Abrook – a well-known face within the Cowes property market.
The office is located at 26 Castle Street and offers residential sales, lettings and property management services.
The decision to expand in this location was taken after a very successful 2019 for the business and, after careful research, East Cowes was identified as a key growth area.
Marcus Waldron comments:
“East Cowes is such an up and coming area, with a huge regeneration project taking place. Traditionally, it has always been covered by a Cowes branch, but we see this as two distinct towns, each with their own vibrant community that needs a dedicated team of its own.
“We have a great support network. As the largest independent estate agent on the Island, we are connected to a network of 7 offices, which provides us with the ability to tap into an extended market, more buyers and provide higher exposure for our vendors’ properties. This is a huge advantage to the service that we offer.”
The new East Cowes branch will also take an active role in Hose Rhodes Dickson’s pledge to raise £30,000 for Mountbatten in 2020 as part of their #Raising30for30 celebrations.
Hose Rhodes Dickson now operates seven branches across the Isle of Wight – East Cowes, Cowes, Newport, Ryde, Bembridge, Sandown and Ventnor.
